PLACE !  design + planning

This project on Rosehill had four lots for which we designed row houses with detached garages accessed from the alley. From left to right: The Gable, The Four-Square, The Prairie, and The Cottage.

For this project on Latah the  goal was to design two duplexes (four homes) to look like there was only two single family homes on the site to make the  impact less on the streetscape.
